You might have heard of the name William M. Caldwell before. He is quite popular in finance and management community. On his 30 years of management careers Mr. William M. Caldwell IV has already proved a lot. His background should include a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of Southern California. He furthered his graduate study at Wharton Graduate School earning a title of Multinational Enterprise Fellow. After rigorous studies and training he was on several companies holding executive positions in marketing and finance.

Some of the companies he has work with would include Lee Pharmaceuticals where he was a seated as a director.  He was also instrumental in a lot of debt restructuring, consultancy and management projects. As a president of Digital satellite Broadcasting Corporation he was in the forefront of its auctions. He was also CEO in restructuring the renowned CAIS Internet.

Now, William M. Caldwell IV is on a new mission. As a CEO of a controversial company on biotechnology. We know his mastery on telecommunication and finance management, but will he do the same impressive work with a company specializing on regenerative medicine? His new mission is in Advanced Cell Technology, he will play a key role on the gaining financial independence for the company’s new programs and extensive research.

The problems will not stop there; he will have to build a good reputation for the company so investors will flock in. He has also to deal with government agencies such as FDA for licenses on conducting research. Not to mention the lobbying he has to undertake on furthering the aims of the company. With this in mind it’s safe to say that MR. William M. Caldwell, IV is again in a new mission.
